Pizza by the slice and craft beer … that’s a winner in our book. The Booth started off widely popular. They brewed a few of their own beers, which were surprisingly wonderful, and they offered a rotating tap selection that kept you interested. This initial success led to a rapid expansion.

This may have put a few wrinkles in their operating efficiency, but it seems they have most their issues figured out.

We like The Booth. We like the beer and the pizza. And we like the multiple locations.
