The Black Pig in Alabang is an elegant yet casual restaurant with a surprisingly good selection of imported and local craft beers. It doesn’t draw the craft beer crowd like some of the bars do, but the European-inspired menu pairs very well, and the atmosphere is ideal for enjoying a couple more beers after dinner. Not a bar, but a nice spot. The menu is unique. They offer various meats not easily found in the Philippines. Menu examples include Iberian pork jowl, tea-poached salmon, pork belly, ribeye and short rib burger, several meat plates to choose from. They also offer a popular breakfast/brunch menu.
